• Let us know if there are sensitive plants near your windows and we will take extra care to ensure they are not stepped on, moved, brushed, and that cleaning products do not drip. This is especially important if you’re having your home or building pressure washed. If we know of any concerns ahead of time, we can adjust our services of cleaning chemicals accordingly.
• Be honest when scheduling our time. If you only want a window cleaning or washing, we can do that. If you want a window washing plus pressure washing, please let us know ahead of time. This will ensure we can bring the appropriate equipment and schedule our time with you properly. If you do not tell us until we arrive that you want a service besides what we discussed, it could cause scheduling issues with you or other clients.
• We can work weekends! If your commercial building requires our attention, we can come on lower traffic days or days no one is at the building at all! This can help keep distraction down and productivity up! We don’t want to hinder your business or keep your employees from easily accessing the building or parts of the building.
• Please keep children and animals out of the way. We love kids and pets, but the last thing we want is your dog tripping our technicians or a child getting into our cleaning supplies.
